Builders, Architects and Real Estate Agents

Over the years I have built great relationships with various real estate agents, builders, architects, and other professionals. Often real estate agents want to give a unique gift to their clients and my watercolor paintings are ideal.

Builders and architects often want to show potential buyers something more than an architectural drawing or computerized rendering. My paintings help their clients 'visualize' the home to be built because they show warmth, personality, and the effect of landscaping. In the sample above, I created this home in perspective after viewing the property, and I worked entirely from the architect's blueprints. It helped that I also enjoy landscape painting.
